Often gestures say more than words.
My youngest daughter Rosie is profoundly deaf, and can only say a handful of simple words. But she knows I love cars. After going to town after school with Mummy the other day, she came down to my studio and presented me with this toy car, now sitting in pride of place on my desk.
With her limited communication it took me a few minutes to realise; she hadn’t bought the car for herself, she had bought it with her pocket money as a present for me.
Who needs words, when you’ve got love?
